OPPORTUNITY

Healthily introduced custom trackers which became the most popular feature in the app. To increase engagement we decided to give to the users more ownership to manage their notifications. Also it is an essential tool for goal settings.

PROBLEM

Users were not able to edit their notifications. Missing this feature spoils the user experience as our research shown that personalisation is one of the key expectation of our users.

RESULT

Users are able to set and manage notifications for any trackers. It makes the experience more personalised.

I am very proud of how I speeded up the iteration process by using Figma comment tool on the wireframes. It was super easy to add comments on features just adding a user comment or quote to the very specific element in the flow during the interview. I was able to test, iterate, present my findings in a few days.
